1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VideoEnhancer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VideoEnhancer provides AI-powered video enhancement, compression, and audio processing services. The Service is provided on a credit-based or subscription model, as described on our Pricing page.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for automated bulk processing without prior authorization.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service. We do not claim any rights to your videos. Uploaded files are automatically deleted 30 days after processing unless otherwise specified.

6. Payment & Refunds

• Credits and subscriptions are billed as described on the Pricing page.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
• Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• If processing fails due to a system error, credits will be automatically refunded.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoEnhancer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your uploaded content will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
